WORKScommerce is an 'out-of-the-box' product whose extensible, scalable design and excellent core functionality place enterprise level eCommerce solutions in the hands of small to medium size users.
WORKScommerce is a robust, extensible, well-founded and supported system that features a very easy to use administrative interface (as standard, for use by non-technical personnel).
WORKScommerce has been created from the ground up with integration, scalability and full retail functionality in mind.
Key Features
WORKScommerce provides as standard, enterprise level:
Catalogue management: such as differential pricing, cross-linking among catalogue items and complex discounting rules. In addition WORKScommerce can be integrated with back-end inventory and accounting systems for automated item management.
Order management: Tools include support for purchase orders, split shipping, product returns, tax calculations, extensive product and content search facilities and more. Site managers may also view pending orders and completed orders.
Customer Relationship Management: Site managers can search for individual customers and view their demographic information and purchase history. This tool allows site managers to categorise their customers as active (having either a pending or recent purchase), or inactive, enabling the identification of their best customers.
Merchandising: Complementary to its customer relationship management capabilities, WORKScommerce includes several features for advanced product merchandising:
